Welcome! We're glad you're here!
We know visiting a new church is a big step, so let us tell you a little about us and what you can expect. At Messiah, you will experience a warm, inclusive, and welcoming congregation, with relevant preaching, inspiring music, and dynamic programming for all ages. We're a congregation that is grounded in worship, small groups, and service as ways to help us grow in love of God and our neighbor. We hope to meet you soon!
Worship at Messiah

Sundays at 8:45 am
Our Traditional Worship includes hymns passed down through generations, meaningful prayers, and music by our Chancel and Bell Choirs. Nursery, KID Street & Middle School Sunday School are available.

Sundays at 10:30 am
Our Contemporary Journey Worship is led by our worship band and singers, with contemporary music and a more casual structure. Nursery, KID Street & Middle School Sunday School are available.
Online
Worship online by joining the live stream of any worship service. Missed the live stream? No problem! You can worship on demand anytime on our website or app.

Summer Worship
During the summer, we worship together! Sundays, May 17 through September 6, we unite for ONE blended worship service at 9:30 am. Nursery & KID Street Sunday School are available. Middle School Sunday School does not meet in the summer.
What to Expect
Come as You Are Attire
No need to get dressed up when you come to worship, unless you want to! At Messiah, you’ll see a wide range of style: from jeans to suits, dresses to jerseys. God loves you as you are, and so do we!

Accessibility
Our goal is to be accessible for all people. This is why you'll find our building is fully wheelchair accessible with ground level entries and sanctuary, and ADA restrooms on all levels, including an all-gender, ADA restroom with changing table on the main level.

Sunday Coffee Hour
Following each worship service, join us in Heritage Hall for complimentary coffee, tea, lemonade, and treats.
What to Expect

Nursery
A nursery is available for infants and toddlers (birth through age 3), during Sunday worship. You can drop off your little one in the KID Street Headquarters (downstairs). Of course, children are always welcome to remain in the sanctuary. We offer room to wiggle and roam in the atrium or Heritage Hall and an additional rocking chair in the prayer chapel (located in the back of the sanctuary, on the far side).

Elementary Kids
KID Street (ages 3 through 5th grade) is offered on Sunday mornings during worship and on Wednesday evenings. On Sundays, kids begin in worship and are dismissed mid-service for Sunday School. If you prefer to worship together, children are always welcome to remain in the sanctuary. We offer busy bags for children, too. KID Street also meets on Wednesday nights during the school year from 6:30-8 pm and includes a meal, lesson, and lots of fun!

Youth
Messiah Youth explore faith, scripture, life, and purpose together as we build relationships with each other and youth leaders. On Sunday mornings, Middle Schoolers participate in Sunday School and High School Confirmands meet twice monthly. On Wednesdays nights during the school year, Middle and High School Youth gather for dinner (served at 6:30 pm) and separate Youth Groups (from 7-8 pm).
What to Expect

Online Community
Connecting online is a high priority for us! Whether through online worship, social media, or the Messiah Church app, we hope to be a church that helps you experience God's love, belonging, and grace wherever you are.

Small Groups
Small Groups are a great way to make friends and grow in faith. At Messiah, we have groups for all ages and there is always room more for more! Groups gather around a variety of interests or topics, and meet throughout the week at church, online, or in the community.

Make an Impact
Messiah is a place where your life and purpose connect. One way we do this is by putting our faith in action through service projects, mission trips, and ongoing support of other organizations doing good in our community. We have opportunities for people of all ages to grow in love of God and neighbor through service.
Find Community
Whether you are looking for care, a place to grow in your faith, or an opportunity to serve the community, we can help you connect with others!
Lunch with the Pastors
Do you want to learn more about Messiah? Casual lunch gatherings throughout the year are offered to explore the history, ministry, values, and beliefs of Messiah Church and the United Methodist denomination. Meet our pastors, staff, and others new to Messiah, and learn how you can plug in and feel connected.
Join a Small Group
Small Groups are a great way to meet new people, find connection and grow in faith. We have groups for all ages and interests, and there is always room for more!
