What is Congregational Care?

Get to know more about what we do.

The Congregational Care team is made up of church members who are trained to provide compassionate care through visits and phone calls. Our team meets weekly for one hour for prayer and coordination of care.
We are networked through acts of compassion, visitation, encouragement, prayer, Communion, and Pastoral Counseling. To receive care, contact Pastor Brian Hacklander or the church office.

Support We Offer

Prayer
The Prayer Chain actively prays for the needs of individuals, families, and community as they become known to the church. To share a prayer concern, send us a note below. Please be specific yet brief, so that we can pray with purpose.
Caregiver Coffee Hour
Are you caring for someone with memory loss? Have a cup of coffee with other caregivers: share stories, struggles, and give and receive comfort and encouragement. This is a place to find faith-filled hope with a sprinkling of prayer. This groups meets every other week on Thursdays from 9-10 am.
Compassionate Care through Visits or Phone Calls
Would you like to talk to a caring person while navigating a difficult time? Our team is equipped to offer care through conversations, prayer, and acts of compassion. We can assist people of all ages needing a little extra support.
