Celebrate Christmas at Messiah Church!
This Christmas, experience the joy and meaning of the season at Messiah Church. Jingle Bell BINGO & Soup Supper kicks off the season with a festive, family-friendly evening filled with warm soup, sweet treats, prizes, and a visit from Santa & Mrs. Claus. The Service of Healing & Hope offers a gentle space of comfort for those carrying grief or longing during the holidays. On Christmas Eve, gather for candlelight worship and the beautiful singing of Silent Night, as we reflect on the message of hope that Christmas brings. Our celebration continues with a joyful carol sing at our year-end Worship Together service. Whether you come with laughter or longing, with family or quietly on your own — you are welcome here!

Service of Healing & Hope
Saturday, December 13
2 pm CT
Amid the joy and celebration of the Christmas season, we recognize that not everyone feels like this is “the most wonderful time of the year.” For many, this season can stir feelings of grief, loneliness, or longing.
On Saturday, December 13 at 2 pm CT, you are invited to a Service of Healing & Hope — a sacred time of worship, prayer, and remembrance for anyone who carries heartache during the holidays. Together, we will find comfort in Scripture, lift our voices in song, and remember loved ones with quiet acts of hope and love.
Come as you are, with whatever your heart holds. Maybe you know someone who is struggling? Invite them to come and sit with you...or slip in alone. All are welcome — in person, online live at www.MessiahChurch.org/Live, or on demand later at www.MessiahChurch.org/OnDemand. A time of fellowship with warm beverages and treats will follow.
Here, in God’s presence and the care of community, may you find peace for the present moment and light for the journey ahead.

Christmas Offering
Each year, Messiah Church selects two organizations to receive our special Christmas Offering. This year’s Christmas Offering is a gift to Totes for Hope and UMCOR (United Methodist Committee on Relief) Advance Project #901285 — supporting Immigration Law and Justice Network:

Totes for Hope is a food shelf ministry of Messiah Church to help minimize food insecurity for Bloom Early Learning & Child Care families, located right here at Messiah Church. Started in 2018, this self-select food shelf is available throughout the week, all year long, allowing families to take what food they need, when they need it. Your Christmas Offering fully funds purchasing food for this program.

UMCOR, the humanitarian relief and development agency of The United Methodist Church, helps Methodists and churches engage in global ministry to those in need. They assist victims of natural and human-caused disasters in the US and internationally as a source of help and hope. They provide relief, response, and even long-term recovery grants when communities are overwhelmed and unable to recover on their own. UMCOR’s Promise: 100% of ALL donations go directly to disaster relief efforts. For more information on UMCOR, visit umcmission.org.
Give throughout the month of December, online (below) by selecting “Christmas Offering,” or by mailing a check (indicate “Christmas Offering” in the memo) to: Messiah Church, 17805 County Road 6, Plymouth, MN 55447.
Gifts are distributed evenly, unless designated otherwise.
